Below you will find sample communications you can use in whole or in part to facilitate your progress toward compliance with the new regulations. You can use these communications to keep employees and plan-provider vendors aware of actions required and/or changes made.

Our 3-step process provides tools, services and ongoing administrative excellence to help facilitate plan compliance. You may want to revise any of the sample communications to meet your specific needs. The materials include editable fields.
