XBRL Filings

As of January 1, 2011, the SEC requires mutual fund companies to file risk/return summary information in interactive data (XBRL) format. XBRL, eXtensible Business Reporting Language, doesn’t treat risk/return summary information as a regular block of text, as in standard web pages or printed documents. Instead, it provides an identifying tag for each individual item of data, making it computer readable. To view an XBRL document, you will need a viewer tool. One is available on the SEC website at xbrl.sec.gov. The same information contained in a fund’s XBRL document can be found in the fund’s prospectus and supplements. Below are links to zipped files containing the funds’ interactive data.
