EverFi is the leading education technology company to teach, assess and certify students in critical life skills including financial literacy and other essential subjects. The company teams with major corporations and foundations, large and small, to provide the programs at zero cost to local schools. EverFi works with more than 5,000 schools across all 50 states.

FutureFIT Academy is a program presented jointly by AIG Retirement Services and EverFi to provide financial literacy instruction to K-12 students, at no charge to schools, districts or students. FutureFIT Academy is powered by the EverFi Financial Literacy & Vault Platform. The award-winning EverFi online platform provides an engaging, highly interactive experience for students. The program features the most current new media components including 3-D simulations, messaging tools, engaging animations, high-definition video and adaptive-pathing. The class instructor has access to progress and reporting data and other helpful tools to assist with student tracking and follow-up.

Yes. FutureFIT Academy comprises two platforms: EverFi — Financial Literacy for high school students and Vault™ — Understanding Money for elementary/middle school students.

  1. The EverFi — Financial Literacy platform is a 10-module, six-hour program that can be easily integrated into the high school curriculum. The platform covers hundreds of topics including credit scores, insurance, student loans, mortgages, 401(k)s and other critical concepts. The platform tracks individual student progress and learning, and provides students who successfully complete the course with certification in financial literacy, a powerful tool students can use on college applications and resumes.
  2. Vault — Understanding Money is an interactive, new-media learning platform specifically designed to introduce financial literacy skills early in a child’s cognitive development. Course topics include responsibility and decision-making, credit and debt, charity and more. The course features interactive lessons, games and story-based activities that challenge kids to make choices in real-life scenarios to best achieve important goals around saving and job planning. The 2.5-hour curriculum aligns with both state and national standards.

Yes, EverFi, Inc. has made a commitment to mapping their course to national and state standards. EverFi makes it their priority to regularly update content to ensure the information remains accurate and current.

Teachers love the ease of getting started on FutureFIT Academy. Teacher training takes anywhere from 15-30 minutes and students will be able to start that day.

Yes. Each instructor account can track the students’ progress, post-assessment scores, number of times tests are attempted, and their EverFi Life scores. Teachers can track this information on the individual or aggregate level.

EverFi will supply ongoing information around key milestones.

The FutureFIT Academy — Financial Literacy course for high school students is six hours long; Vault for middle and elementary school students is three hours. The courses are flexible for teachers, as they can be accessed anywhere with internet access — in a lab setting at a school or assigned as homework.
